Hotel Epping has 31 attractively decorated hotel rooms.

All rooms are non-smoking and equipped with modern comforts and technologies. There is digital TV with about 50 channels that you can receive for free. For a small daily fee you can obtain a smartcard that will provide your digital TV system with about 100 more channels.  This way the majority of our guests can watch TV channels in their own language.

A good desk with accessories and wireless internet access in every room (fee required), makes it possible to do some work, send your emails, or contact your loved ones over the internet. Every room has a safe, where your secure your documents, money and jewellery. You can also store your laptop in the safe.

Air conditioning is installed in all rooms and is individually adjustable per room. In wintertime the air conditioning can also be used for heating.

The beds are comfortable  and extra large (most beds are 100 centimetres  wide and 210 centimetres long) so you can enjoy a peaceful night and each room has a bathroom equipped with shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer, full length mirror and a selection of skin care products.

The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) are the terms and conditions on which catering establishments set up in the Netherlands, such as hotels, restaurants, bars and related businesses (including catering firms, party service firms, etc.), provide catering services and enter into catering agreements.  The UVH are registered with the District Court and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in The Hague.
