Restaurant de Vierde Generatie (the Fourth Generation)

Restaurant the Fourth Generation is a trendy and stylish restaurant. The restaurant has its entrance on the main street of IJsselstein “Utrechtsestraat”, but is also internally connected to Hotel Epping. In the interior of the restaurant is fresh, trendy colours are combined with classic elements, creating a warm and cosy environment.

In restaurant the Fourth Generation  you can enjoy the culinary delights of the excellent cuisine. The restaurant seats approximately 100 guests and is open the whole week except on Wednesdays. The menu is international and comprehensive, so everyone has enough choice. Highly recommended is the menu Surprise!

Besides the regular menu, the kitchen brigade offers special seasonal dishes in the different seasons. For instance there’s a game menu in the game season and several asparagus dishes are served in the spring.

The Fourth Generation restaurant is visited by hotel guests but even more by gourmets in the IJsselstein area. They experience the restaurant as an ideal opportunity for a fun night out with excellent food. Reservations are often required, though you can always pop over to ask if there is a table available for you.

We offer all our packages in cooperation with the Fourth Generation Restaurant. On Wednesday we cooperate with restaurant “de Ridder”. This oldest restaurant in IJsselstein is located about 150 metres from our hotel.
